Client Portal: Share a secure, no-login tracking link for any job. Your client sees live status, a full attempt timeline, and any documents you choose to share — no more status-update emails back and forth. Use the new share icon on any job, or the “Email client” button to send it instantly.
GPS-verified proof of service: Attempts now show on the client portal with their GPS location and exact timestamp, plus the photo — court-ready, tamper-evident proof your service actually happened.
Automatic client updates: Turn on auto-notify per client and ServeRouter emails them a branded update the moment a job is served, attempted, or marked non-served.
Client rate cards & batch billing: Save a default rate and contact for each client. New invoices auto-fill the rate, and you can invoice every completed, un-billed job for a client in one click.
Public “Request a Serve” form: Share your own intake link (in My Account). Submissions land in your queue as Pending jobs and email you right away — a built-in intake funnel.
Calendar view: See every job laid out by due date, color-coded by status, with one-click access to each job.

Deadline awareness: Jobs due within three days now show a “Due soon” badge alongside the existing “Overdue” flag, so nothing slips past a court deadline.
Smarter Companies page: Companies are now full client records — contact, rate, and auto-notify status are visible at a glance and editable in one place.

Major release

Stripe Payments: Connect your Stripe account in Settings and generate secure card payment links for any invoice. Pay links are automatically embedded in invoice PDFs and emails so clients can pay online in one click.
Notary Blocks on Affidavits: Save multiple notaries and add a notary section to any affidavit. The standard "Sworn to and subscribed before me…" wording and signature line are inserted automatically — just pick which notary is signing.

A brand-new look: We completely redesigned ServeRouter with a sleek, modern interface — a refreshed dashboard plus all-new login, registration, password, and landing pages with a unified design.
Reorganized My Account: Settings are now grouped into clear sections — Account, Branding & Signature, Business & Payments, and Documents — for a cleaner, faster experience.
Polished forms everywhere: Inputs, buttons, and cards across the app now share a consistent, premium style that's easier on the eyes.

Smoother password reset: We streamlined the forgot-password flow so reset links and status messages now work reliably end to end.

Reliable Route Pausing: You can now pause a route and resume it later without losing your place. Your progress is saved securely, so you can refresh the page, close your browser, or even switch devices and pick up right where you left off.

Route Stop Limit: To keep things running smoothly, routes are now limited to 25 stops. If you select more, you'll get a helpful reminder to split your jobs into smaller routes.
Clearer Routing Errors: If a route can't be created, you'll now see a much clearer message explaining what went wrong, helping us fix the problem faster. If you ever encounter an error message, feel free to contact us at admin@aerosoftworks.com and we'll repair the bug — just give us a shout and send what caused that error message!

Last Stop Refresh Fix: We fixed a bug that would incorrectly complete a route if you refreshed the page on your very last stop. Your routes will now save their status correctly, right to the end.
Better Address Finding: Some addresses were causing routing errors if their GPS location was slightly off a main road. We've made our routing smarter, so it can now find the best path even for tricky locations.

Edit and Delete Notes: Made a mistake on a service note? You can now easily edit or delete any attempt or note from the job's timeline.
Update Status While Logging: We've added a status dropdown to the "Log Action" window, so you can update a job's status (e.g., to "Attempted") at the same time you write a note.
More Job Statuses: We added new statuses like Pending, Skip, and Non-Served to give you more options for organizing your work.

Upload Photos from Gallery: When logging an attempt, you can now upload photos directly from your phone's gallery, not just from your camera.
Changelog Link: You can now easily find these updates with the new "Changelogs" link in the dashboard menu.
Simpler Language: We changed the word "Serves" to "Jobs" across the app to make things clearer.

Logout Fix: Clicking the logout button now correctly takes you back to the login page.
Job Filtering Fix: The filters on the Jobs page now work correctly, so you can easily sort your jobs by company and status.
